Bumbangku Beach Cottage offers great value for money and attention to detail. Located right on the beach in a protected bay, it provides a beautiful view of the garden from the rooms with AC available. The basic outdoor bathroom adds to the unique experience. The friendly staff ensures a pleasant stay and the breakfast is quite satisfying.

No major issues, everything was alright.

Bumbangku has a superb location far away from the civilization. You have the beach to yourself (to share with occasional villagers) and a few surfing locations are within a 5-minute boat ride (the boat can be arranged at the hotel for €5 a trip). The staff is amazingly helpful, Danny is a star. They have bamboo houses and proper cottage rooms, but I'd recommend a bamboo house if you want to really experience the place at its fullest.

Parking was adjacent to resort. Fine base for a holiday in Bumbang...

This hotel is located right on the beach in the Bumbang area of southern Lombok, offering a picturesque and serene setting. The cottages are located in a beautiful spot of Lombok. Staff is helpful (if they understand what you mean). Explore the environment!! This is not advertised or mentioned at the cottages. But there are beautiful walks to pristine secluded beach areas if you are not surfing. Follow the road leading to the right from the entrance, end up at a second beach and take the far corner path into the forest. Cross the fence at the resting area and follow the path to this secret beach!! Beautiful.

Staff lacks a bit of guidance. At the end of an holiday this is no problem, should this be your first stay it may be irritating.

The view from the hotel was stunning and the beach was very close. It was nice to wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us good tips about what to do in the area. the hotel was located close to some great restaurants and cafes.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance and appeared quite run down. It was disappointing to see that the hotel facilities were not well-maintained.

The location of this hotel is just amazing, right on the beach! The cleanliness of the facilities was on point, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I had no issues with parking or transportation since they provided everything necessary for my stay. The breakfast options were great, and I loved the fact that they had vegetarian options since I follow a plant-based diet.

Nestled amongst local villages, the hotel has a serene atmosphere by the ocean. Guests can hear the waves from their rooms and indulge in a peaceful sleep. the hotel offers easy access to Kuta beach and the Benang Kelambu waterfall. the rooms are comfy with a great view of the beach. Guests can expect friendly service and delicious breakfast.

The hotel is not suitable for those who require constant electricity as it may experience intermittent power cuts.

The hotel offered a great breakfast and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for exploring the city and easily accessible by public transportation. the hotel had a nice rooftop terrace with beautiful views.

The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The noise from the street was also quite loud at night, making it difficult to sleep.
